Course Description:

 

Cursory study and application of systems relevant to effective legal support.  This seminar evaluates software for document preparation, eFiling, as well as locator and skip trace services.

Course Length:  1 CE hour

 

Course Requirements:

 

Prerequisites for all Continuing Education Seminar Courses include:

1) Completion of CPO106A Civil Process Orientation or JBCC Approved Certification Course

2) State JBCC Process Server Certification in good standing

Course participant must bring to class a laptop, computer, or any other web enabled device.

      

 

Course Overview:

Participants will openly catalog and discuss resource websites and services that help to establish and maintain 

Presence:  Entity Incorporation, Web Presence, Target Marketing, Helpful Association Operation: Document Production, Case Management, Locator Services, Payment Solutions, and Efiling
