Course Description:
This course provides comprehensive review of the levels of diligence expected amongst those certified to deliver process. The Due Diligence seminar provides attendees with an in depth understanding of the level of service expected from a Civil Process Server. Participants will learn alternate methods of service, how to locate transient people, and proper drafting techniques for Affidavits of Due Diligence.
Course Length: 6 hours Continuing Education
Course Requirements:
Prerequisites for all Continuing Education Seminar Courses include:
1) Completion of CPO106A Civil Process Orientation or JBCC Approved Certification Course
2) State JBCC Process Server Certification in good standing
Course participant must bring to class a laptop, computer, or any other web enabled device.

PERSONAL SERVICE- Proper Identification, Immediate Presence, Levels of Diligence
ALTERNATE SERVICE - Personal Service, Certified Mail Service, Immediate Presence
AFFIDAVITS- Document format, contents, and necessity
